Workshopped (11/2024)

this week with Norwegian composer Bente Leiknes Thorsen in Berlin.
Bente is working on a new guitar piece for me, involving the different guitars and string instruments I own and play - which is quite new and exciting for me!

…in Berlin for a new solo album with exciting music for classical and electric guitar. all pieces outside the realm of the classical canon. More info will follow when it´s time!
It was a blast working with sound engineer Matthias Middelkamp at Ölbergkirche Berlin-Kreuzberg who I met during my studies in Weimar years ago. As I student, my impression of him was that of a meticulous, musical bad-ass who does not let anything go past his exceptional ears and intuition. Today, still the same deal. What a treat it was to work together again!
